Kingston Butter Factory Art & Craft Centre, Kingston QLD 4114 Australia

The Kingston Butter Factory Community Arts Centre is a unique museum that offers historical pieces relevant to the area, a canteen, and the Butterbox Theater. Located in an actual butter factory, the historical building was first constructed in 1907 and later refurbished in 1932. At one time the factory produced 40-50 tons of butter per week.
After the Peters Dairy stopped production in the building in 1983, the Logan City Council assumed ownership of the building and created the Community Arts Center. Many activities, including performing arts in the Butterbox Theater, take place in this wonderfully unique museum.
The Kingston Butter Factory Community Arts Centre is located on Milky Way, Kingston.
